King Bedrooms (2): Both luxurious rooms feature king-sized beds with premium, plush mattresses and pillows for a restful night’s sleep. Each room offers ample storage and modern decor to enhance your stay.
Queen Bedroom (1): A cozy yet elegant room with a plush queen-sized bed, outfitted with luxury linens and a premium mattress to ensure a great night’s sleep.
Bunk Bed Room (1): Ideal for kids or groups, this room features double bunk beds with premium foam mattresses, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.
Bunk Bed Room with Trundle & Arcade Machines (1): This fun-filled room offers a double bunk bed with a trundle underneath, providing space for up to five guests. Equipped with 2 classic arcade machines, an 80-inch smart TV, and comfy beanbags, it’s perfect for kids and teens to unwind after a day of skiing.

Self Check-In**: Enjoy the convenience of contactless check-in with a secure keyless entry system. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.
Parking**: The home has ample parking space for up to 3 vehicles, including a garage for added convenience and security. **Please note, there is no street parking available**, so all vehicles must be parked in the designated driveway or garage. However, there is a **Ski 'n Ride parking lot directly across from our subdivision**, offering easy access for skiers and snowboarders to park and shuttle to nearby resorts.
Ski Rack**: For winter sports enthusiasts, the garage features a **ski rack** to store your gear safely and easily after a day on the slopes.
Wi-Fi & Entertainment**: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. The living room features a large smart TV, and the game room includes 2 arcade machines and an 80" TV for endless entertainment.
Hot Tub**: Relax and unwind in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. **Quiet hours 10pm-8am strictly enforced by HOA.**
Fully-Equipped Kitchen**: The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and extras, including cookware, utensils, a coffee maker and Keurig, griddle, crockpot, and modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.
Laundry**: The home is equipped with a washer, dryer and iron and ironing board for your convenience, along with detergent and dryer sheets provided.
House Rules**: Absolutely No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home, no pets, and no parties. Please be mindful of quiet hours to respect our neighbors.
